Articles

Here are three articles and explainers we think are especially important for understanding menstrual equity and why our work at Period First Aid matters:

A short, readable breakdown of what period poverty is, how it shows up in schools and communities, and why product access and education both matter.

A health-equity focused article that defines period poverty, connects it to broader public health and dignity, and calls for systemic solutions in policy and healthcare.
